Q. WHO MAKES ALL THESE ILLUSTRATIONS?

Widad Franco is the lead designer and illustrator for About A Cloud. She uses watercolors and ink for her original illustrations and designs. 

Q. WHERE DO YOU SELL ABOUT A CLOUD PRODUCTS?

A. We sell them in many boutiques around the world like at La Guardia Air Port District Market, The Brass Owl, Annie's Blue Ribbon, Kinokuniya and more! Bear in mind that each store chooses different products so the only place were you’ll find the complete About A Cloud collection is on AboutACloud.co. You can also follow @AboutACloudCo on Instagram and you can come to pop-up shops and craft markets to shop in person.

Q. WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A. Refunds are available if your product is damaged and a decision will be made on a case by case basis.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY THROUGH THE ONLINE SHOP?

A. We ship items as indicated in each product, usually it’s 1 to 3 business days. Arrival depends on the speediness of your local post office. There are a few other shipping options during checkout if the order needs to be expedited quicker.

Q. CAN YOU SHIP TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE US?

A. Yes! International shipping is available through USPS (US mail) and you’ll be able to choose this option at checkout.

Q. HOW SECURE IS MY TRANSACTION?

A. Privacy is important for us. The information you provide is kept confidential. Our online shops are powered by Shopify and Etsy, allowing us to use the strictest security.

Q. WHERE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

A. Our prints, calendars and cards are designed, printed and packaged in New York City (We are made in America and Made in NYC members! Also we are Made In Queens certified!)

Q. HOW DO YOU COME UP ALL OF THESE CARDS AND BOOKS?

A. I get inspiration from daily life: living in New York, traveling the world, my past experiences seeing the world as a journalist (space shuttle launches, chocolate making in the Amazon, conferences in Japan) and the funny things that my tiny precious cat Mimosa does every day.

Q. DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS OR PERSONALIZATIONS?

A. We do! But we have to consider commissions on a case by case basis depending on current demand and previous commitments. We do store windows, pet portraits, wedding cards, house portraits and more! Check out our customization page or send us an e-mail. 

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PERSONALIZE ORDER?

A. Personalized orders typically ship within about 2–3 weeks from the order date. Some custom work may take longer but you will be informed of this before processing your payment.

Q. I LOVE WHAT YOU MADE FOR ME, CAN I USE IT AS A LOGO, MAKE COPIES OR USE IT FOR OTHER PERSONAL PROMO?

A. All digital images, designs and illustrations are sole property and copyright of About A Cloud and cannot be used as a personal logo or any sort of reproduction, including proofs and they cannot be reused without permission. Feel free to ask us about it.

Q. I HAVE A SHOP OR BRAND AND I WOULD LOVE SOME CUSTOM PROJECTS?

A. We are happy to partner with your brand and shop, contact us and we can discuss more on how we can be creative together. Some of the previous custom work includes work on fabric, wall paper and various products. I can also make exclusive designs for your shop, let’s chat!

Q. I LOVE THAT NYC CARD, CAN YOU MAKE IT WITH MY TOWN?

We can customize orders for larger orders or for our wholesale clients. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to customize small quantities. Please see our customization page for this.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A WHOLESALE ORDER MINIMUM?

A. They are listed in more detail in the catalog and wholesale section of my site. However, there is NO overall spending minimum.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY OF WHOLESALE ORDERS?

A. We deliver wholesale orders within 7 business days unless we previously agree to a different delivery timeframe.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR WHOLESALE PAYMENT METHODS?

A. You can send the payment via PayPal, Venmo, credit card or send a check. Payable to WIDYCAT STATIONERY & GIFTS LLC.
